I stared at the animation for some time trying to understand the meaning of the text. It says "chi tebe!". In Ukrainian, this would mean "or you!". But that's silly. Who would use Ukrainian? Ugh.
Of course, Cyrillic is used not only by Russian and Ukrainian languages, but I thought that the creators of this T-shirt didn't really think about the meaning of what was written. However, Megerson suggested that "chi" is just the end of a word.
