I don't understand how to play this game – after starting, I see a minimap screen where I can select different buildings, talk to NPCs, and explore the Temple. I can't view item information in my inventory, use magic, run around, or fight. What haven't they done yet?
Read this section more carefully - /forum/section/52/, and you will understand that the game is not released yet and is approximately at the 0.3 beta stage and still far from being playable.
