Sacred Haven of Debauchery

I don't know, but I didn't have any romance in BG. Maybe because I didn't take a winged elf with me (apparently, you can have a romance with her).

You can have a romance with:
Jaheira, yes, that's all the drama about Khalid.
Aerie, but she's a very annoying person, and Minsc and Haer'Dalis might also take a liking to her.
Viconia, but only if you're not an elf (there are mods that remove this restriction).
Anomen, if you're a woman.
And a hundred different mods, for example, Edwin/Edwin romance, and other "romances with old companions." There are also completely new companions, or old ones from the first part (Xan).

and Icewind Dale is boring compared to BG (I think that's what Plesen meant. I agree). And I actually like NWN 1 more.

That's exactly it, Icewind Dale can be as "good a representation of D&D" as it wants, but it still has a long way to go before it becomes a real RPG.
