Scribbled myself some comps - Conflux, Barbarian, Fortress
Opponent - Necropolis, Inferno, Rampart

Small central respawn with lookout, troglodyte and medusa picks, which I colored on week 3 and even then without need.
On this respawn there are 11(!) quest huts placed.

On 113 I take Conflux, the comp there lost its build tempo, resulting in a first psyche in Fort.
On 117 I almost reached an empty Barbarian town with a citadel, but the comp builds a castle there and leaves it for me. And on 121 gifts me boots of speed.

On 125 I run into the first corner treasure zone, there +6 wyverns, which are sentenced the same turn by 10+ ghost dragons for a pandora (couldn't bypass). Also -1 conflux bird. In the pandora 60 ghost archers. Couldn't build a fort in the village due to lack of ore, so went on GO with ghost archers.
Build on 127 - bears and firebirds in castles.

On 131 I turn in the first quest artifact for 15K experience, the same day I level up earth magic. On 132 I broke into the center GO. Nothing interesting there, on 134 I break back into the corner treasure zone. There I claim another 3 quest artifacts, gradually losing psychics. On 135 I take the pandora for all earth magic.
On 137 I completely noobed - went with a scout against 5-9 giants for the head of legion, lost 2 birds and the remaining psychics. :(

I turn in artifacts, two for 20K experience, 1 for 15K gold, upgrade bears. On the fourth week I went into the treasure zone through Barbarian respawn, and sent the scout with bears and wyverns to Fortress, where due to a misclick in a battle with a green I lost all 10+ wyverns. In the treasure zone a long road to the village, on the sides I picked up another 10+ wyverns.

On the fifth week Town Portal to Fortress, and I go into the treasure zone. On 212 I take the village, nearby I see a Dragon Utopia. At the same time a scout finds a Dragon Utopia near a previously taken village. On 213 I take both Dragon Utopias, both level 3, in the first +5 all stats, +3 all stats; in the second plate armor +10-2, shield +12-3, black orb, wings. On 214 I gather wyverns scattered across all castles, upgrade in Fortress. On 216 I take the opponent's starting castle, go looking for him. On 217 the opponent attacks with a red orb, I have shackles (bought them).

Shakti 19-38, exp off def tactics, logistics wisdom earth air catapult; +2 to speed; +1 luck/Battle Dwarves (total Battle Dwarves neutral); 11 red birds, 4 angels (fool could have upgraded), 48 storm elementals, 18 thunderbirds, 55 greater wyverns, 28 magma elementals, 7 grizzly bears.

First round with wait all forward, birds through the horses destroy the ballista. In the second round blue covers their wyverns with whatever they can, but they get poisoned by my wyverns. By the 2nd and 3rd rounds my wyverns are destroyed, in the 3rd-4th round the bears are destroyed, 10 birds turn out to have nothing left to kill them with, thanks for the game!
