I propose the following changes:
General provisions.
1. The “League of Laws - Inter-Clan Council” (hereinafter referred to as LLICC) is an organization designed to facilitate cooperation between clans and provide recommendations for resolving disputes between clans.
2. The “League of Laws - Inter-Clan Council” is created by clans from the games in the Heroes of Might and Magic series, based on the “Heroesworld” portal.
3. The name “League of Laws - Inter-Clan Council” is universal and cannot and should not be used by other players as a name for clans.
4. The LLICC is an independent organization that develops autonomously under the leadership of clan representatives.

This refers to the members of the organization in point 1.
Members of the organization, the LLICC, have their own rights and obligations.

Members of the organization.
1. Any clan representative can become a member of the organization.
To do this, the following is required:
- Recognition of the clan (if it is a new clan) as a fully functioning clan.
- Having permission from the clan leader to represent him in the organization.
When joining the organization, it is necessary to send a message to the organization's leadership, which should contain the following information:
- Your forum name, which will be used in the organization;
- Country and city of residence;
- ICQ number;
- Clan name;
- Permission from the clan leader.
2. A member of the organization is free and independent. This point is unclear.
3. Each member of the organization has the following rights:
- The right to free access to information about other members of the organization and their status;
- The right to participate in the management of the organization;
- The right to propose projects to improve the organization, as well as express their opinion.
4. Each member of the organization has the following obligations:
- Must not violate the rights of others :);
- A member of the organization must respect members of the organization and forum users;
- A member of the organization must comply with the charter.
Organization Leadership.
1. The leadership of the organization consists of leaders. The leaders of the organization, along with the rights and obligations of Members of the organization, have additional rights and obligations.
2. Additional obligations of the Leaders:
- Maintain the organization's resources in order, promptly providing members of the organization with all the necessary information;
- Develop and improve the organization's activities;
- Resolve controversial situations between members;
- Consider all requests, wishes, and suggestions from members;
- Help members and the organization, if necessary.
3. Additional rights of the Leaders:
- Make decisions on rewarding or punishing members;
- Make decisions regarding the activities of the organization and be responsible for them.
