A member of the organization is free and independent. This point is unclear. 3. Each member of the organization has the following rights: - The right to free access to information about other members of the organization and their status; - The right to participate in the management of the organization; - The right to propose projects to improve the organization, as well as express their opinion. 4. Each member of the organization has the following obligations: - Must not violate the rights of others :); - A member of the organization must respect members of the organization and forum users; - A member of the organization must comply with the charter.
