How do I CREATE my OWN campaign map?

Sozdatel, if you want to create your own set of campaigns that replaces the standard ones, then you should register on the forum http://wforum.heroes35.net/index.php?language=russian and ask your questions there. There is a Resource Editor program that works with the game's resources as if they were archives, allowing you to read files from them and write your own files into them.
But, it seems that you want to create your own campaign template instead of the existing ones. I don't know if this is possible. Ask on the WoG forum.
