What would you do if you were the game developers?

Probably because you have ideas, and you need to do something with them.
Did you really think that the developers of Heroes would see and read all this? (I'm not saying that your suggestions for improving Heroes are bad). If at least Russian developers were working on Heroes, you could write to them, but as it is... and they have plenty of ideas of their own, and everyone wants their idea to be implemented, so there is already enough competition within the company without enthusiasts.
