What is meant by the words "treasure" or "minitreasure"?

It's a place where you can get a lot of angels, wyverns, good, and even excellent artifacts, but you might also get nothing. :( If you go there in the second or even third week with a small army and/or a weakly (poorly) leveled hero (not on Jebus), they might beat you up, especially if the neutrals have high morale... :( A "minitreasure" is usually smaller than a "treasure," but that's not always the case.
