In a very general sense.
2) What do you think this science deals with?
Studying the root causes of conflicts (at any level) and the general principles for resolving them.
3) When do you think it emerged?
Mid-20th century?
4) Is there a need for such a science at all?
Yes, as an "applied form of diplomacy," not only at the interstate level but also at the interpersonal level.
5) Is it in demand in our country?
I'm not sure.
6) Will its importance to society grow, decline, or remain unchanged over time?
It will change little; it's a too specialized discipline.
7) Would you personally use the services of a conflictology specialist? Is there a need for it?
Not at the moment.
8) What problems do you expect a conflictologist to solve?

9) How much are you willing to pay for their services?
Depending on the situation, but in the absence of a need for them, let the state pay.
10) What do you think a conflictologist should look like and how should they behave?
They should look quite confident and calm, dignified, I would say.
They should behave calmly. Not provoke conflicts. Like a "negotiator" in intelligence agencies (a person who conducts negotiations with criminals)
