Discussion of the Necropolis faction.

Well, it seems they’ve already mentioned the units. Although I would have preferred a mummy instead of a spider.

I heard about the units; they even said that a lich could be called a mummy. And I like the spider. I liked the daedra spiders in Oblivion from the very beginning, and I’ve always liked similar creatures.
Although, a spider would look good in a dungeon or as a neutral unit...

The sphinxes will remind us of the statues near the mages in the fifth game.

The same gargoyles in the first four parts didn’t resemble statues at all. Judging by the artwork, the sphinx won’t be like that either. The Warcraft one, if I’m not mistaken, is very, very statue-like.
And in general, I’m for the sphinx. I love cats :3

I feel sorry for the dragons; I’ve always adored them. At least let them be neutral units. And the black knights too.
By the way, the same gargoyles could easily be given to the Necromancer faction. In the fourth game, they formally belonged to Death, and no one complained.

At least they kept the faction’s iconic units – skeletons and vampires.
