Exactly - it's extra damage. And it's only 14%. Slightly better than any other elf can do with this spell against enemies. A cheater, there's nothing else to say. And there's also Chain Lightning, which has a similar effect and is much more effective, so this summon is completely unnecessary for an elf.

Before writing something like this, at least check the manual. For those who like to argue for no reason, read my message #1006 more carefully - and if, in addition, the damage is dealt through "Enchanted Rain," it will be easy to see that "Swarm" will be much more effective than "Chain Lightning" (both in terms of position on the scale and in terms of damage).
