[TYPE: TOURNAMENT] Tazar vs Bron

In the Shahti vs. Gunar tournament, there wasn't a rule stating that if Shahti arrives with one or two stacks, a restart is necessary. And having 7 Basilisks is indeed rare... At least, I've only seen it happen once or twice, which might be because Bron himself isn't a frequent visitor to the tavern...
