Which faction poses the greatest challenge for the Dwarves?

It seems to me that Dwarves are weak against Elves. Their initiative is too small compared to the High Elves. Yesterday, I played Elves (Wing) against Stronghold (Ibba).

Then we would see how weak the Dwarves are compared to the Elves. Everyone knows that Wing is a cheater, as Ereb noted, and the Stronghold's units are not impressive.
