[ANNOUNCEMENT] Heroes 3: World Tournament - an add-on for tournament games.

I would like to suggest some improvements for the new versions.
1. In auto-battles, losses of less than ~50 HP should not be counted. I think the reason is obvious.
2. The value of artifacts should be changed. The Handcuffs should definitely be classified as relics. It's practically the most overpowered artifact. And the Sandals, Gladius, and Guardian's Shield should also be downgraded to major artifacts, as their value is really not that high. IMHO.
