How to play Heroes of Might and Magic III online via Hamachi?

I have a question. When playing SoD, I can't enter the game, even though I see the games themselves. In HotA everything is fine. The firewall is disabled, and there is no antivirus. Please tell me what the reason is, kind people! (Do not suggest options like: "SoD is trash" :D )
