Reports on online games and their confirmations (Autumn 2010 season).
Yes, it was a lesson for me. For the first two weeks, I was gathering resources and took two outposts. I wanted to take more outposts at the beginning of the third week, but I underestimated the elves that my opponent had accumulated – 56 on turn 131 – and he destroyed my main army of upgraded Dreadnoughts. In the end, in a time crunch, I took 4 Angels and held out in the castle during a very tough battle (I destroyed 8 Angels with towers)); it came down to a manual fight between my archers and his Wyverns. In the end, I won, preserving 4 Wyverns and 10 Gorgons; but we decided not to continue the game – almost from scratch – and agreed to a draw.
