Who is even waiting for this game? Those who played Heroes 10-15 years ago, or those who are now 15? Neither group is particularly eager for its release. I honestly don't care what kind of elves there will be – snowy, sandy, thieving, or silly – and what they will ride (tanks, taxis, horses, or elephants) doesn't really bother me either. You can come up with any plot – aliens or military equipment. When the third game came out, no one proved that it was Heroes, and no one delved into the problems of where everything came from; they just sat down and played for hours. But since the fifth game, people have been discussing more about what it is and why it is needed.
Are you now speaking on behalf of everyone? Only those who are incapable of understanding anything new have started to prove "whether it's Heroes or not," while the rest just played. The same will happen with the 6th game, although this time there is no enthusiasm, but you can focus on having 1 resource instead of 4.
