The starting zone was small, immediately went into the passage - there turned out to be a Knight, destroyed him on turn 3 and started building his Castle.
Also spotted the Rampart almost immediately - but didn't go in while the troops were with the Castle AI.
On day 117 built a chain to break into the Necromancer, but the forward scout was killed by the Rampart which suddenly decided to pop out.
In the end, killed him and finally went into the Necromancer - but guessed the direction wrong and had to first kill the Elf in the Castle - at the cost of 40 skeletons, got 4 horses, 5 pegasi, and small fry in defense.
Saw from week 1 from the lookout the red capital and a scouted Griffin Conservatory, but wasn't too bothered, since I had 2 of them visible immediately - and later found 2 more, took one from the AI right away as it was minimal.
By the end of the week took the Griffin Conservatory from the Rampart again at 1 and killed the Necro capital, taking his external dwelling of dragons and skeletons.
