Sacred Haven of Debauchery

I'm curious why the developers decided to make a faction based on Nagas (or include them in the lore at all) instead of other creatures. After all, there were many different creatures in the Heroes games, and any of them could have been chosen to be Nagas. I'm interested in the reasoning behind this specific choice.
Although, I think that this new castle will also include reptiles, maybe even Basilisks. They'll just gather all the reptiles together.
