Excerpt from the Regulations for Elections to the Volda Arbitration Committee (AC).

1. The Arbitration Committee is elected for a term of 1 year. If a member of the AC resigns, their position is taken by the Player who, according to the results of the Voting, came in 8th, 9th, etc.

Players who have been registered on Volda for at least 3 months and have completed at least one online (offline) Heroes 3 tournament on Volda are eligible to vote in the AC elections, or who have been registered for at least 3 months and have played 15 online games in Heroes 3 on Volda across all Seasons, or who have been registered for at least 3 months and have organized at least one online (offline) Heroes 3 tournament on Volda.
4. Players registered on Volda are eligible to be members of the AC.

8. The second round of elections is held in the event of a tie in votes and the absence of vacant positions in the AC. For example, the seventh and eighth players on the list received the same number of votes, so only these players participate in the second round. In the second round, the player(s) who receive a simple majority of votes are selected for the AC.
