What a great game! Something like this has never happened before. (Or don't wish me luck - it works! ))))
After many restarts, including due to slow paths, we started. It went badly! No money. Almost no army either. I barely managed to break through the blockade of air units and get to an intermediate point. The army was pitiful. I barely scraped together enough money for buildings.
In general, on turn 114, I was standing near the passage to the computer's castle. It turned out that there was a lot of movement available, but the horseman who ran to the peasant ambush point didn't have time to reach the main force. I looked around to see what Tazar could do and decided to go get some ore so that the movement wouldn't go to waste. I took it. I was 3 squares short of the starting position in front of the guard. I immediately cursed it.
Next turn: the horseman carries the army one square at a time, I break through the troglodytes, but I didn't take the peasants with me so that they wouldn't be killed right away. I return 2 squares. I take them. I run along the road, kill a dess. Gurney is standing nearby, and I'm scared because there are birds there. But what do I see?! - I'm 6 squares short of the EMPTY castle. 3 squares that I didn't reach + 2 squares for the peasants + 2 in the starting position equals 7!!!!!! If I had stopped and not moved, I would have reached it perfectly and placed a stronghold. I was so angry!!!
But that's not all. On the same turn, Gurney attacks me, I think at least there's no cannon, but no - there is a cannon! But it's the main artillery. In short, we start fighting, I kill 2 birds, the third has 4 HP left, I couldn't stand it. I hit the lizards, there were about 14 left. I thought the dogs and goblins would withstand the attack. No, they didn't. Tazar, due to his stupidity, goes to the tavern and disappears.
I was angry. But I decided to continue anyway. I'll make Broghild the main hero, like TE.
But then fate gave me a gift )) On turn 116, the computer also kills the opponent!!! :smile40:
I remembered Javdet's words: "It's easy to win against Javdet, the main thing is not to interfere with him losing."
For obvious reasons, I won't offer a replay :)
Thank you for the game. Something like this has never happened to me before...
I confirm! organizers, see the post above!:smile12:
