Mega game! Nothing like this has happened before. (Or don't wish me luck - it backfires! ))))

After many restarts, including due to slow roads, we began. It went to crap! No money. Virtually no army either. Barely reached the stretch, breaking through the block of griffins. The army was pitiful. Barely scraped together cash for buildings.

In short, on day 114 I'm standing near the passage to the enemy. It turned out I have a lot of movement, but the chump who ran to the peasant pickups can't make it back in time for the main event. I look around to see what Tazar can do and decide, let's go grab some ore so the movement isn't wasted. Grabbed it. Was 3 tiles short of the starting position before the guard. Cursed it right then and there.

Next turn: the chump brings the army tile by tile, I smash through the Troglodytes, but I didn't take the peasants with me so they wouldn't get wiped out right away. I go back 2 tiles. Pick them up. Run along the road, kill a Dessa. Gurney is standing nearby, I'm scared because there are birds there. But what do I see!!! - I'm 6 tiles short of the EMPTY castle. The 3 tiles I didn't reach + 2 tiles for the peasants + 2 back to start equals 7!!!!!! If I had stayed put and not fidgeted, I'd have gotten in there cleanly and built the stronghold. I was so furious!!!

But that's not all. On the same turn, Gurney attacks me. I think at least there's no cannon, but nope - there is a cannon! But the main artillery is there. In short, we start duking it out. I kill 2 birds, the third had 4 HP left, couldn't hold out. I struck, about 14 Lizardmen remained. I thought the dogs and goblins' attack would hold. Nope, they didn't hold. Tazar, due to his own stupidity, vanishes into the tavern into oblivion.

I was fuming, I was. But I decided to continue anyway. Make Broghild the main hero, ala TE.

But then a gift of fate )) On day 116, the enemy also gets killed by the computer!!! :smile40:

I remembered Javdet's words: "It's easy for Javdet to win, the main thing is not to interfere with him throwing the game."

For obvious reasons, I'm not offering an auto-play :)
