Kostya, Peter and I agreed that we need to find out what the players of World of Xeen think about the following:

- Should the negative consequences of the Arbitration Committee's decision regarding cheating be mandatory (meaning the Tournament Organizer must remove (or prevent) the cheater from participating in the tournament) for ALL Tournament Organizers on World of Xeen (I mean the online version), or should the negative consequences of the Arbitration Committee's decision regarding cheating be mandatory only for Tournament Organizers that are under the auspices of the Tournament Committee?
The problem is that the wording I used in my first post might have made it difficult to understand what I meant. But based on the posts (including those from Tournament Organizers), I see that the meaning was understood.
