The idea isn't mine; it's a common belief. I'm not talking about Gosha, but about the fact that Rampart is much stronger than Tower.

It might be stronger. I haven't really thought about it... usually, both Rampart and Tower are discarded, or given to the opponent. And Flax and Inferno are often discarded as well.
