What would you change in Heroes of Might and Magic IV?

Many didn't like it because they were expecting a sequel to the third game. And I was also waiting for a sequel, but we didn't get it... BUT we got a revolutionary new product that attracts us with its novelty! If the fourth game had been made as a continuation of the third, many would have quickly forgotten about the third game. But instead, we have two equally fascinating lines of Heroes games. They are different, which allows us to enjoy playing both the third and fourth games. Yes, I know there are very few fans of the fourth game, and I wasn't one of them at first. But the fourth game doesn't immediately appeal to gamers; it requires a more conscious approach. I became a fan of the fourth game after my second playthrough!
