The situation with the "Britochka-Valenok" game showed that people in the Arbitration Committee can make judgments based on: - I lost a game to a weaker player, so he must have been cheating - ban him. - Someone is saying that player X is a cheater, so he definitely needs to be banned. - The presence of one (!) very questionable episode in the game. Therefore, I voted against.
