I didn't know about Oppenheimer and the Mahabharata, but I was already aware that the phrase "A Thousand Suns" is associated with nuclear weapons, and the expression "Brighter Than a Thousand Suns" is accordingly associated with an explosion.
I knew that too :) And the song seems to be about that - the hostility of nations, deadly weapons... But the Mahabharata and Oppenheimer confused me :o
In some version, the city was called "Assembly." But overall, "Conflux" sounds best.
In some version (maybe Armageddon's Blade), I saw the name "Colony." And sometimes, people call it "Conflux" (more often not separately, but in phrases like "Conflux brotherhood").
