In my opinion, the recognition by the Tournament Organizers of the decision regarding the Clash of Heroes Championship (and, consequently, the disqualification/ban from future participation in the Tournament), which is made by an authorized structure of the Resource (whether it be the Arbitration Committee or any other structure specifically created by the Heroes of Might and Magic Online players to resolve disputed matches), is a necessary and mandatory condition for the normal functioning of the Resource. I can say that I didn't immediately come to this conclusion, but I can no longer deviate from it, and without the adoption of this amendment, I no longer see the point in my participation in the Arbitration Committee of Heroes of Might and Magic Online.
