The Lord of the Dead grants a +5% bonus to necromancy, which means it increases the amount of dark energy. What will the Death Herald give you? Dark energy will still be spent: it's not like Markel from the company... You yourself said not long ago that the leadership skill is useless for a Necromancer. If you take mentorship, then Dark Revelation will be unavailable (and why do you need "Dark Revelation" in your build?). So, attack, defense, education, darkness, plus the perks you mentioned. And what else?
