It seems that Iris found a tactic specifically against Daedra. Have everyone sit in defense and shoot with archers and monks, while the others either defend or attack the nearest enemies, but don't expose themselves. The hero removes vampirism and doesn't cast anything else. If there are many obstacles on the map, it works. The usual Daedra tactic against Iris no longer works; something new needs to be found.
This is how Shadowinforser, a devoted Iris player, plays. I don't know who he (Shadowinforser) borrowed this tactic from, but with it, he makes about a dozen small tactical mistakes, and I win against him.
Daedra can cast vampirism six times, but it's more reasonable to play in this case with scream-haste-charge-vamp-vamp-vamp-vamp (scream, haste).
Opinions here are divided: some consider Daedra to be stronger, others Iris. It seems they are an even match, but that's not a certainty.
