Have you heard about dynamic arenas – where obstacles disappear right during the battle, and even the battlefield can change in size?!
I don't understand why they would add randomness to a hardcore chess-like game??? It will be fine – you hide your archers, sit back, drink beer, and enjoy, but then – bam – the obstacle, the cover, disappears, and bam, your shooters are done for, how cool is that!!
In short, it's a move towards casual reality – bosses are inconsistent, battlefields are one crystal...
It will be like King's Bounty; I personally played it once, the game is beautiful and well-made, but I don't feel like playing it a second time.
