A THREAD FOR NEWCOMERS!

There's a feature in World of Tanks (WT) – the ability to unlearn a skill after reaching expert level. However, there's no information anywhere on how to do this. I've tried everything I could, but without success. Could you please advise?

Also, I'd like to hear an answer regarding why it's not a good idea to build the Necropolis as the second town.
