A small post to address some questions – I'm talking about not restricting the organizers' freedom. If someone doesn't want to play with someone specifically, this issue isn't that difficult to resolve, but the involvement of the Arbitration Committee (AK) is completely unnecessary here – it can be easily resolved through instant messaging. And with the acceptance of the change, I won't have a choice. If anything happens, it will immediately be brought to the AK for review. I don't understand why all this fuss is necessary. And another question about the wording: the OFB4 tournament, who organized it? The Tournament Committee (TK), the AK, or does it have some kind of official status? I'm just curious. I want to understand the difference between tournaments organized by the TK and those organized on the resource. If the TK organizes it, does that mean it's not on the resource? Or how? Is it like a state, a large business, a small business, or a sole proprietorship? Please explain. Who am I, OMG?!
