Kostya, please tell me, as the Tournament Organizer, will you disqualify a player from your tournament (or refuse to include them in the tournament) if the Arbitration Committee has issued a decision to ban them from competitive play (assuming that a majority of players voting in a poll agree with the proposed change)?
Second, if I disagree with the decision regarding the ban, why should I disqualify a participant?
