Poll regarding changes to the AK regulations.

The question is whether it is more important for the Resource to adhere to the unified standard established for all Tournament Organizers on Volde, or to grant the Organizer the right to independently decide on whether to continue the participation (allow/disallow) of a Player with a Clash of Heroes ban in the Tournament.

If the change is adopted, it is assumed that the Tournament Organizer must exclude the Player with a Clash of Heroes ban from the Tournament.
