Poll regarding changes to the AK regulations.

I don't understand the reaction of the Tournament Organizers. One of the goals of the Arbitration Committee (AC) is to help Tournament Organizers resolve controversial situations. The decision of the authorized structure of Volod (AC) to award a player the title of Champion of Champions and, as a result, the Organizer's removal of that player from the Champion of Champions tournament, I didn't think would cause such disapproval among the Tournament Organizers.
