By the way. If this change comes into effect, what will happen to the tournament organizer who allows a player with a Cheating Matchmaking Cheat (CMC) to participate?

Nothing... The tournament will simply be declared invalid. No rewards will be awarded, appeals to the Arbitration Committee (AK) in this tournament will not be considered, and nothing will be added to the rating. People will just write something on the forum, and that's it (until the moderators delete it as spam)... If such a decision is made to not allow players with CMC in tournaments, I won't participate in such "tournaments"... it's like everyone is just playing for fun, and that's it...
