Part of the points were given to me for a database violation that, as it turned out later, didn't warrant punishment. In general, the issue of violation points is debatable; it's like everywhere else in Russia – one person gets a conditional sentence for the same offense, while another gets a life sentence. And most importantly, everything is absolutely legal. I was banned for several months, though. And in general, it has nothing to do with the topic.
