I don't think the current composition of the Arbitration Committee (or at least a large part of it) is competent enough to analyze controversial situations in the game.
Oelm, Pavel, have you considered that the overwhelming majority of forum participants (even those who are not new) are no more competent than the current composition of the Arbitration Committee, and, frankly, I don't think you are an exception either. Therefore, this topic (again, IMHO) doesn't really have much meaning. In the topic you mentioned about the "Razor," there was one episode that was easy to study and form one's own opinion, which many did, so there was a point to it. But here, I doubt many people will seriously study anything; I, for example, won't, precisely because I don't consider myself more competent than the Arbitration Committee.
