I think it's because adults, who are generally conscious and reasonable, don't tend to lecture younger and less conscious people.
For example, the typical reaction to poor service in a restaurant is not to give the waiter a lecture, but to leave without tipping and exclude that restaurant from the list of future visits.
Of course, there are exceptions. I, for example, spend my time and energy on preaching; I simply enjoy it (although in a restaurant, I act according to the scheme described above, while someone else might do the opposite).
The rest looked at all this nonsense and decided – no way, we weren't born in a trash can to allow all sorts of strange personalities with questionable adequacy to boss us around.
Don't you think it would be better not to leave, but to choose on Volde the organizational form (as I understand, you are concerned about resolving controversial situations) that would suit (as you think) most Volde Players?
