It's not for you to calculate, but for your customers. If you've forgotten, the AC exists for the players, not the players for the AC.

I'm not arguing that the AC exists for the Players, but that doesn't contradict the fact that the AC shouldn't have to justify its decisions; read post 1501.
If the World of Xeen players believe that the AC is making mistakes and discrediting itself, there are other mechanisms for evaluating controversial situations. The World of Xeen players will choose what they deem necessary.
