Pasha, your post reads like a schoolboy's excuse: "I studied, honestly, but I forgot :(". I judge by the results – the Arbitration Committee (AK) consistently makes mistakes, which leads to players leaving the forum. And these aren't just any players, mind you. Ideally, it should be the other way around – the wisdom and fairness of the AK's decisions should be known beyond the forum, and that would attract people here. For example, wouldn't it have been better to ban Britva and keep Valenok on the forum? It was clear that after such a public shaming, when half the players and members of the AK considered him a cheater, Britva would leave the forum regardless of the final verdict. Instead, you lost two players instead of one. The reason is the AK's shortsightedness, cowardice, and formalism, as if saying, "If there's even a 1% chance, I'll vote for the player." As a result, we have what we have – a wave of negativity and an exodus of people. So, personally, I don't care who is in the AK and how they are elected, or how they make decisions, if their activities lead to such results. Because history remembers the results of actions, not the details of the process.
