From a Wiccan perspective, those who voted for the Arbitration Committee could be described, let's say, as having somewhat underdeveloped mental abilities... otherwise, they would undoubtedly ask to have disputed situations resolved not by the Arbitration Committee, but by Wiccan himself, "an authoritative figure whose opinion aligns with that of top players." I think that's how it is.
