Basically, as I understand it, Vic gained some reputation in the Heroes community, judged several tournaments, and so on. This went to his head, he started to feel like a "big shot," and began to treat many people with disdain. He started to suppress those who disagreed with his opinion, as well as his competitors, by flooding them with troll posts, without even bothering to respond to their objections.
