It’s generally pointless to discuss history with Ukrainians; it never leads to anything good.
lol, I still remember something like "some scientists deny Russia's involvement in the Kyiv Rus'," but that's just the tip of the iceberg.
Oh yes... And not just about history ;) I remember a 5th-grade textbook called "NATURAL SCIENCE" (I saw it a couple of years ago; maybe they don't teach it like that anymore), where the cover showed a computer, and one of the sections was called "Natural and Artificial Systems"...
so that UKRAINIANS would live BETTER!
What if I'm not Russian?
My father is Russian, my mother is Ukrainian, I was born and lived in Russia until I was 8, and now I live in Ukraine. So who am I after that? That's patriotism for you...
The Ukrainian government is also made up of Ukrainians.
Zadornov once said something great about this: "We are all (Russians, Ukrainians, Belarusians) one people, but our governments are another people" :D
