take a look here /topic/3165/, in the middle of the first post there's a section about Hamachi and a rectangle with instructions on how to set the priority for the Hamachi adapter. Of course, you don't need Hamachi, but! I think you have 2 connections – one is your ISP internet connection, and the other is like a local network of 2 computers; Heroes requires that its priority be always set for it! Change the priorities and try again, good luck!
