It happened. The generation was super crooked — I had roads to ГО and to snow. From the snow, I found no passage to the treasure zone at all. I went off-road to the adjacent zone; I guess I should have rushed, but there was a treasure zone nearby, so I decided to run through it, but it was absolutely empty — a few Pandora's Boxes for experience and that was it. My opponent showed good instincts and took the Dragon Utopia not on his own respawn (even though there were two Conservatories nearby, but the Utopia itself was empty) but in the adjacent zone. By the way, the Dragon Utopia was not maxed but level 3, and КЗ and +8 to all stats was very lucky for a single Utopia. Thanks for the game.
