3rd offline tournament

I wanted to ask about the third task. Is it necessary to place the diagonal.dat file in the Data folder? Does it play any role? I'm not very knowledgeable about all this.

All settings are already embedded in the file. It's needed to see exactly what is allowed and what is not. But I put it in anyway, as it doesn't bother anyone.
Unfortunately, I won't be able to continue participating in the tournament. Thank you all for the interesting competition. See you next year!
