My mom, dad, and I were going on vacation (finally), but for some reason, we visited cold northern cities instead of warm Crimea. There was even "almost snow." The atmosphere was somewhat medieval and post-medieval.
We went to some kind of performance in honor of a certain holiday. Maybe it was Neptune's Day. I don't know for sure what happened next, whether it was part of the performance or just happened that way, but everyone had a dagger (I even had two), and bandits sailed in on boats from the sea and started killing us. But not in a theatrical way, but for real. (By the way, half of the bandits were swimming next to the boats, in such cold weather :). They were armed with strange swords: they looked like large, two-handed broadswords, but the tip was bent at a right angle for some reason, similar to the Uruk-hai weapons from The Lord of the Rings, only in a very small size. Useless, you can't stab with it. It was also strange that the bandits were so uniformly and even, if you will, richly armed.
My parents were gone (no, they weren't killed, they just disappeared from the dream), and I, with two daggers, rushed into the battle. It was difficult, though; they had huge, one-and-a-half-meter-long two-handed swords, and we only had daggers. But we were much faster. I slashed at the chest, under the arm, in the neck, I slashed at everyone. I think I even saw someone with a huge war hammer (whether he was ours or theirs, I don't know).
The action moved somewhere else; I was no longer in the battle, but still in that dream and in that city. I don't know the outcome of the battle, but I was alive and not even injured. I was walking somewhere in places that were more or less sheltered from the bandits. Someone told me that Vika was hiding "over there." I didn't really look for her, and I didn't even see her in the dream, but SUDDENLY she appeared. I'm talking about my classmate, who gave me two paintings with wolves. I go into the room, and there are beds lined up in rows (like a barracks), and she crawled out from under one of them. I was glad she was alive, and then I asked, "What about your sister, was she killed?" She doesn't know, and now I'm surprised that she didn't seem to care much about it. Then she started questioning me in a strange way about something I couldn't understand: she put one hand on my Adam's apple and the other on my forehead. In the dream, it seemed like she was checking if I was lying. This behavior was incredibly strange for her. On the other hand, I had never seen her in such circumstances. By the way, it also seemed to me that she had done this before, that it had happened before, although I had never dreamed of it before. I also remember that in that "before," I couldn't help but burst out laughing: when such a serious girl holds you in such a pose and asks about some nonsense, you can't help but laugh.
I don't remember what she asked at first, then the conversation turned to some anime cartoons that I watched (in the dream, but there are no such cartoons in reality). I don't remember anything after that.
Before the bandits, we were walking around the city, but I don't remember anything.
We, the whole class (O_O), are going to a concert by the band "The Lord of the Rings." More precisely, the actors who starred in the movie made up this band. And in the dream, it all looked completely natural.
There was Gandalf on keyboards, Legolas on vocals (one of the vocalists), either Gimli or someone from Gondor was on drums (I don't remember exactly), and Aragorn was one of the guitarists. I don't know who was on the other guitar(s). There must be other instruments and at least one more vocalist. Perhaps Gandalf was reciting something epic.
Sometimes, hobbits traveled with the band, but they didn't participate in the music; they danced, had fun, and entertained the crowd.
I think the band plays some kind of epic symphonic metal mixed with cheerful folk music. Because the hobbits wouldn't dance to epic music.
Cool!)
