Sacred Haven of Debauchery

While walking around, I noticed a young man, about twenty years old, a couple of times on the way (both there and back). He was thin and had long, curly, dark hair. He was wearing black sunglasses (no, Locke, I don’t think there’s a cold and calculating gaze hidden behind those glasses). So, I never quite understood whether he had some kind of leg weakness or vision problems, but he was using a cane. And he was accompanied by some big guy (it looked like he was his bodyguard) and a dog.
